1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using CrewBolt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CrewBolt. You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must meet any minimum age or eligibility requirements applicable to the services you provide or procure.
2. CrewBolt is a marketplace platform
CrewBolt provides technology that helps contractors and clients connect with workers for local tasks and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Ruthman Technologies Corp. is not the employer, staffing agency, contractor, subcontractor, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of users.
Users are responsible for evaluating each other, agreeing on project scope, complying with applicable law, and determining what licenses, permits, insurance, qualifications, tax treatment, or worker classification requirements apply.
3. Accounts and information
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.
Worker verification status, documents, reviews, or profile information may help users make decisions, but CrewBolt does not guarantee a user’s identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, background, work quality, or suitability.
4. User conduct
You may not use CrewBolt to violate law, deceive or exploit others, facilitate unsafe or prohibited services, infringe rights, harass users, manipulate reviews, evade payments, upload malicious content, compromise security, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate workplace, job-site, personal, equipment, and transportation safety.
5. Projects, communications, and cancellations
Project descriptions, applications, bids, timelines, messages, check-ins, proof uploads, completion status, and cancellation requests are user-submitted information. Users are responsible for reviewing project details and communicating material changes.
CrewBolt may provide workflow tools for cancellation, completion, and review, but the existence of a platform record does not by itself determine legal responsibility between users.
6. Payments and payouts
CrewBolt may use Stripe and related Stripe services to process payments, support connected accounts, and facilitate worker payouts. Users may need to accept Stripe terms and complete identity, banking, business, or tax verification.
Payment availability, timing, reversals, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, and payout eligibility may be affected by Stripe requirements, financial institutions, applicable law, and CrewBolt marketplace policies.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant us to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support CrewBolt and the relevant marketplace transaction.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload content, including photos, videos, documents, messages, and project information.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, respond to legal requirements, enforce these Terms, or address security or payment risk. Users may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewBolt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular worker or client, project quality, earnings, project volume, qualifications, payment outcome, or the conduct of users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruthman Technologies Corp. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from CrewBolt or interactions between users. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute-resolution terms or forum requirements that we adopt in the future will be presented in an updated version of these Terms or a separate agreement as required by law.
